Setup
No implementation fee. No onboarding cost.
Setup takes about 90 minutes of a practice manager’s time in week one, most of which is us doing the work while you watch.
The math
What it’s replacing.
A full-time billing coordinator in most US markets costs $48,000–$62,000 fully loaded. A part-time coordinator at 20 hours a week runs $22,000–$28,000.
Remy is $4,800 a year. Even if Remy only covers 30% of the workload, it pays for itself against a single afternoon a week of your practice manager’s time.
The 30-day pilot
You don’t pay until Remy earns it.
The first 30 days are free. We connect to your PIMS, submit your outstanding claims, and track them through. At day 30, you have a full picture of what Remy actually did for you.
If the math isn’t there, you walk. If it is, you’re live on the paid plan on day 31. No credit card, no contract, no obligation to continue.
Included
- Unlimited claim submissions across all supported insurers.
- Appeals drafting and resubmission.
- PIMS integration and maintenance.
- Direct email support from the team that built the product. Response within one business day, usually same-day.
- All product updates.
Not included
- Phone support. We’re a small team and we work async. Most questions resolve faster in email than they would on a call.
- Custom integrations to PIMS we don’t support yet. Happy to add yours to the roadmap — ask.
- Insurance advice. We don’t tell clients which carrier to buy, and we don’t negotiate reimbursement levels with insurers on your behalf.
